The Notary Office of Truchtersheim has a great reputation based on a tradition that carries some values upheld by their notaries and staff: Implementing an organization that handles the most important things, being perfect, and working with method and quality. In 1995 Francis Limon, a notary of this office, asked 4D Partner Expouce to computerize the Notary Office. This office has been ISO 9001 certified since 2007 and the 4D-based application enables measurement and monitoring of a large number of parameters for the office to run smoothly. This application runs on 17 computers simultaneously, monitoring files and contacts, routing calls to the dedicated clerk, researching and locating GED documents within the office, counting, requests for documents' output and their monitoring, printing of personalized checks and letters, time off and absence management, etc.
